So the overall look of the product is quite nice. During assembly holes seemed to line up and parts (it was not missing any parts) went together well until we got to the roof. Initial assembly took about 4 1/2 hours. The last 6 small pieces of the roof took about 2 hours. This would have been ok except during our first light rain all of the upper joints leaked. We did install the small black plastic pieces that are supposed to keep the seams tight. My son helped me with the project.I will need to take the roof apart. The top pieces (R's) need to be installed from the top which is a bit unclear in the instructions. I believe that is why they leaked. It is highly recommended that you watch youtube video 84C 040. This will make installation far easier.We have now replaced all the top roof panels as they are supposed to be installed. No leaks and looks beautiful. It does a great job blocking the sun and even when it is quite warm out upper 80's and 90's it is very comfortable underneath. this could have a 5 Star review if the roof assembly instructions were a bit clearer and the assembly would have only taken about 5 hours with two people working.

Item arrived quicker than expected. Easy assembly with nothing more than a drill. Everything went together well there are some pieces that do not line up and cause one of the doors to not close correctly. Over all it looks very nice, this is a 4 bird coop max!! Have not seen it leak yet, Would recommend going over it with some out door paint or stain.
