This camera is awesome for surfin water shots. I was a little nervous the first day out in the surf, but that feelin vanished quickly. Such a solid, rugged vibe took over me, and it was ON. I bodysurf a lot and shoot pics in between my waves. I hold the camera in my right palm while diggin in HARD as I take off swimmin. This thing is bulletproof, y'all. I do recommend you grab a floaty strap to wear with the supplied one. I wear em both. Just in case it gets real and it comes loose from me. If you just sit still and shoot pics you might not need it, but who does THAT? Or if you get caught inside in the gnar, you're gonna thank me later. LolI'm still learning all the settings. There's a LOT of em. (I use sports scene mode for high shutter speeds.) But this camera can charge some surf, y'all. I'm so stoked to have it out in the lineup.It was recommended by a surf photographer. He was SO right. You won't be sorry.

Have used it about a dozen times now. Works well. Easily allows kids to run back and forth, jump, play. Adults have a bit more trouble walking around as we sink a bit with each step. Still a ton of fun.Mat has attachment points in all 4 corners and came with 2 tie lines.
